Overview

The "dg partners api" app uses Facebook Login. You can request deletion of your personal data collected by our app at any time. This page explains your options and what happens after you submit a request.

What data we may store

• Basic profile: name, profile picture URL, email (if permission granted)

• App activity: app-scoped user ID, in-app settings, usage events

• Technical: device/browser metadata and IP address (for security and abuse prevention)

We only store data necessary to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

How to request deletion

You can request deletion using any of the methods below:

1. Self-service (recommended): Visit: dgpartners.eu/delete-data> and follow the prompts. We will verify your identity via Facebook and queue deletion for records tied to your app-scoped user ID.

2. Contact form: Submit our deletion form at dgpartners.eu/contact with your name, email used for Facebook (if available), and any relevant details.

What happens next

• Acknowledgement: We confirm receipt immediately after you submit your request.

• Verification: We may verify your identity via Facebook Login or by confirming your email.

• Deletion: Once verified, we delete or anonymize personal data linked to your app-scoped user ID across our primary systems.

• Timeline: We aim to complete deletion within 7 days and will notify you when finished. Certain records (e.g., security, audit, or legal logs) may be retained as required by law.
